I think I found my favorite new Vietnamese place in Boulder /Denver. Wife and I are Vietnamese food actors. We had a place in South City (in St. Louis) that we would frequent for a few wonderful Vietnamese places. Finding a Lemongrass in Denver is our favorite hob, and in this place I found it. We will definitely come back! In my humble opinion, you get the Bun noodle dish with pork, and you will be very satisfied.
I had the lemongrass chicken dish. The chicken was tender and tasteful. The vegetables were fresh and crisp. Very good! I hate it when the chicken is cut thin and so chewing, or when the vegetables are tasty. They can definitely say their ingredients are fresh, not frozen.
Best Vietnamese restaurant in Boulder hands down. I've been coming here for 10 years and never disappointed. Your phos, chicken wings and avocado smoothie are my favorites, but everything is delicious. Service is fast and super friendly.
I've been coming here since it opened years and years ago. They had their ups and downs but the last 5 times I've been in there after moving from boulder. It's been excellent.
