My husband and I were excited to try Vincent’s for the first time after reading all the great reviews. So we went last night for our anniversary celebration. We had made reservations since it was Friday night but that was unnecessary since it was so empty. We had some drinks and the Brussel sprouts for an appetizer, and while it was broiled well, it was drowning in the balsamic reduction. We then ordered the pork saltimbocca and the sorrento for our main meal. The pork dish looked like it was cafeteria food and it was so tough and salty I could not eat it. My husband’s sorrento was way more spicy than it should have been (and he can handle a spicy meal) and burnt-tasting somehow? Also he ask...
