I had to send back the food during my recent visit to this restaurant. The pasta dish I ordered was barely warm, covered in too much sauce, congealed cheese, and clumpy pasta. The service was almost non-existent. Although I have dined at this restaurant multiple times in the past, I have never experienced such poor quality of food and service before.
The hostess and server were excellent. We tried the delicious Brussel sprout appetizer made with fresh Brussel sprouts. We also shared a turkey BLT and enjoyed cocktails. It was a lovely lunch before a Broadway show. We will definitely return. The food was fresh and the staff was friendly.
I was looking for something close to where we were staying and Vines popped up. I had no idea it was the restaurant in the hotel next door. I was pleasantly surprised! The food was good and the service was excellent.
