We fell on this place at the end of our week at chin and I'm just sorry I didn't find it sooner! a fabulous place with fantastic wine and a magnificently simplistic food that is so fresh and perfectly complementary to the great choice of wines available. the host was also extremely aware of all that was proposed, which was so refreshing! I would not be able to recommend this place and a place where I will undoubtedly return to this fabulous region. Although restaurants on the seaside have an attraction, this place serves real food and real wine and makes the socks fall from these current tourist restaurants! It really is worth the detour! perfect!!!!

we visited vinum veritas several times and would gladly recommend it to friends. the wine map is fantastic, with many local and original wines to try. you get a selection of tasty tapas with your wine that are always tasty. the staff is really friendly and knows very well the wine - helping you choose the best wines for you. the cheese tray is amazing - a mixture of ten French and Italian cheeses - again, the staff will explain through them and the order in which to eat them. strongly recommended and we will certainly return to it whenever we are to chin.
It's one of my favorites all the time on the coast of azur. The service is amazing, the two owners are super nice people (speaking English, French, Italian.) the atmosphere is very friendly and warm, each time you feel like home. the selection of wines is absolutely superb, just like food. all cooked and served with love )) a must-see visit!

We were here for a drink before dinner and had the idea of this place, namely a glass of wine and tapas. the wine is presented in a sommelier style. Because of this inappropriate ambition, it takes too much time to be served. The tapas are boring. only positive point, bars are rare to chin and this one is one of the few.
this cool, romantic and charming place proposed a large selection of wines and a very good cuisine. the host was adorable and well-informed, and she presented everything we ordered with enthusiasm. the perfect place for a glass of wine and charcuterie and cheese. We'll certainly be back!
