Sadly as locals attending an event on the strip we were excited to try Virgil’s. Unfortunately is was not good. Not only was the food brought to us cold but our server didn’t come check in. The brisket was not even warm and very rubbery. The trash ribs were cold as well but at least eatable. Ironically for a BBQ place the only thing arriving to the table hot and tasty was the veggie tacos our teen ordered. Our teen and I both order costly iced teas that were empty before food was delivered and no one came around for a refill. After reading some other reviews we realized this is an on going experience and customers blamed for not bringing it up to staff. This is terrible as our server was MIA...
