I Requested a swap for an ingredient in place, the server declined and wanted to charge extra. Because of that I opted for the least expensive bowl with additions and payed less than what I would have paid if they simply honored the request to swap the missing ingredient for another. Shouldn’t be allowed to advertise this cup size then fill it up only 2 3. I ordered an extra topping on top which they ended up being out of which is fine. The girl said she’d remove the extra charge for the topping, then saw it was still there when she gave me a copy of my receipt. I ordered a superfood bowl which I always order, and the base of this bowl was wrong. It normally has a deep blue purple color and this bowl has light pink. I really want to give this place a chance because I think they have good taste and one of the best textures for acai bowls. But after 2 years of trying and being disappointed every single time. I think I am finally done.
We ordered two bowls, and they were delicious. However, we were not given a key to the restroom to wash our hands, and the sanitizer dispenser was empty. The cashier explained that the manager took away bathroom access due to losing keys. Interestingly, while we were eating, the cashier used a key to access the bathroom, which suggests they simply don't want customers to use the restrooms. There are better ways to handle this issue without inconveniencing paying customers, such as using a large keychain that can't be pocketed, hanging the key on the wall, or exchanging a driver's license for the key.
The Nutty Acai bowl is delicious and fresh. It has a slight peanut butter taste but I wish it had a little bit more. It's not too sweet which I appreciate. A delicious refreshing snack/meal on a hot day. I love the mighty med salad, steak,egg, pickled red onion, feta cheese yum! It's a bit pricey, I wish it was bit larger. I will back because it's one of my favorite spots in town.

They are under staffed and cannot keep up with the demand. We ordered and paid. They told us it would be 20mins. It took close to 60 plus mins to get our order. After 45 mins I asked to cancel our order and get a refund. They could not refund us. I will never return to this location. It is not fair to the person working by themselves.
Only good experiences here so far. Update: Was at 5-star, just received a half smoothie, and honestly don’t think I’m coming back. Other smoothie was full and food was good. Too many other options around to deal with this. They did seem short staffed but how can you give that to someone?
I was a minute early and she was working on my order so I was surprised that it’s melted and a liquid mix. It needs a straw to eat it. I ordered the Nutty Bowl and it looks like a purple juice with 5 banana slices I found digging around in it.Food: 2/5
Good food but each order will take 1 hour and they are understaffed. Go to another location. It shouldn't take 1 hour to make 2 açaí bowls. I wish I was exaggerating how long the wait is!

Good customer service, decent prices when you factor in the multitude of unusual ingredients, and recently they soundproofed the blending room so you can wait in the store without issue.
