This place has become my go-to for a delicious, healthy meal that never disappoints. Delicious food, fast service and cheap prices my only disappointment is that there isn't a Viva Chicken back home. We had a half chicken with plantains and Peruvian salad. Even though there was a long line in front of us, the staff were very quick and I think we only waited about 7 minutes between ordering and getting our food. The chicken was moist, flavorful and the plantains were fried very well. Peruvian salad was a first for us, but is a new favorite that we'll have to try to recreate at home.

Today’s lunch comes courtesy of the total stud, Andrew at Viva Chicken, which is Peruvian for “Chicken of the gods”. The meal was wonderful, and the beverages here hit harder than my father coming home from a bad day of work. Definitely will be coming back here.

Our favorite spot in St. George!!! The chicken is perfect every time! And the SIDES- so so good. Get the fried rice and the corn salad for sure. Norma was super friendly while we were ordering, we love Viva Chicken!
