The food was absolutely phenomenal, and the wine selection was even better. I ordered the Ribeye Steak. The way they cooked, it was perfect medium rare, and the side salads and potatoes were delicious. The owner even came out and offered us a sample of his super-thin, super-crispy bar-style cake he tried, and it was the best pizza I ever had. It's so easy that I could eat a whole cake. The Tiramisu I ordered for Dessert was from this world. The service itself and my date(first date) of our server William and the manager Mike were first-class. I would recommend this place to everyone. I can't believe nobody told me about it before.
The food, generally, because I had lunch at this place several times and it's my daughter's favorite catering place, never disappoint, even though, today I had chicken parmigiana with spaghetti. The best of all was the Cesar salad, which it was incredible. The best Cesar salad in Plantation along with Alexander's, which dressing is fantastic, but the spaghetti was insipid, and the chicken a little dry. The pizza, a slice of cheese was good, and the thrufas pizza, the best that I tried in any restaurant. I'll be back for more.
Had the chicken parm to go. Only a wet, very mediocre chicken snell, which was crushed in very average tasteless sauce over pasta. Cheese seemed almost microshaft above the top. No Char or slightly brown on everything to show that it came out of the oven. That's it. It doesn't seem that there was so much effort. Tired of all these Italian places, just stay open with food like this. But maybe what people want.
I am a big fan of Tartufo Pizza (Trüffel Ricotta) and I add Steak. Delish! The staff is pleasant and the quality of the food was always fresh and hot, but I only tried the truffle pizza, a calzone and the chocolate cannolis that are also great! It is definitely worth a visit!
