I've been coming to Vivi's for years and have always loved the drinks and food they have to offer. I do come here way more often than I should but for good reason. It's hands down the best boba shop in South Jersey. I almost never have a complaint about anything I order from here, especially when Ryan is there. The only thing I can say, is whenever a specific employee is there (I'm not sure of his name) my food and drinks come out messed up or straight up bland. i love vivi ‘s and usually its amazing, but today i ordered 4 slushes and the toppings was almost at the line D. there was barely any slush. for $6 each, i’m kinda upset that it was straight up popping boba. The food was good as always, but even the flaming brown sugar drink was different? every time i get it, it has the plastic lid with the little red heart with the burnt brown sugar at the top. I’m sorry but it looked nothing like the pictures and it was my first bad experience here :
I usually order via Door Dash and I've never had an issue. Great drinks, that always come correct, and some tasty food. Sometimes the chicken has way too much seasoning on it, but other than that, I've enjoyed everything I've ordered.
Staff is always super friendly. They'll help you pick a drink if you're new to boba/bubble tea. They also have the absolute BEST French fries around! They're like boardwalk fries without the insane grease!
