Used to work here though, and they had a strange tip policy where the actual tips customers gave went to the store, and employees got an extra $1 an hour as their “””tips”””Notably, this isn’t how tips work, and basically means customers are being tricked into thinking they’re tipping the employees, and the employees are potentially losing out on their hard-earned tip money, in exchange for a tiny hourly bonus.It was a sketchy system all around, and while the actual drinks, food, and environment is wonderful, I would suggest asking the employees if tips actually go to them, to avoid both you and them being ripped off
Okay, the bubble tea was amazing. It looked beautiful and tasted really good. The store is beautiful as well, but the only let down was the food. I got the popcorn chicken bento, and it was pretty good. But the chicken wings bento box wasn't so great. The wings had no taste and were super oily. I'd recommend the popcorn chicken bento box, and for the bubble tea, the Mango Pomelos Sago bubble tea.
They rip you off by posting a deal of 2 milk teas and popcorn chicken for $15 (you save $2). You have to get the specific drink which was very watery, bland and not sweet. The popcorn chicken was too salty my lips felt pruned after. After asking otherfriends it isn?t uncommon for their drinks to be like this, pretty disappointing because the interior is decorated nicely.
I like VIVI bubble tea. They have this punch card promotion where you can get a stamp everytime you get boba and eventually you get one for free. That alone has kept me coming back time and time again. They have really good drinks and I like the locationas well. There is ushally ample parking.

I love vivi and I was surprised to walk in and there was a kpop cup sleeve event ongoing! The special “star chapter” tea was amazing and the event was so fun!! We also got the garlic popcorn chicken which was also really good
This store changed the bottle size, the current large size is actually previous small size. Not worth it at all. Another type of price increase, just not obvious but cheated to their customers. Will not go there any more.
You are able to pick two flavors for your popcorn chicken I ordered the Spicy Garlic and it was amazing. If you like black milk tea, I recommend their combo deal. Great place for thai tea fans! :
Overpriced. I ordered a mango drink with boba and the boba was still hot in the drink. After mixing, the drink tasted bitter. It gave me explosive diarrhea. Do not recommend.
