Vivi Pho is truly the standout restaurant in this neighborhood. The food is consistently delicious and affordably priced. The staff is always friendly and provides excellent service. Both takeout and dining in options are excellent. I always go for the Vivi Special for two, which is a fun experience, especially for those new to Vietnamese cuisine. It can easily feed two people, and I have even shared it among four. Overall, I highly recommend Vivi Pho for a fantastic dining experience. The food at this restaurant is delicious and the service is excellent. The host was friendly and made sure to check on our table to ensure everything was to our liking. We have visited this restaurant multiple times and will definitely be returning when we are in the area. The dining experience was rated as a 4 out of 5 for atmosphere, with an average price per person of $20-30 for lunch.
the service was undoubtedly good, eating was decent to say the least, but the real reason why this gets a 1 star is due to the fact that the table was infested with cockroache through the window. somehow I have scratched my hand and fell into my phoshrine. will not come back. for anyone looking at the reviews, I do not recommend this pho location. very dirty!

I will definitely return to this restaurant. We had lunch here and the price per person was between $10-20. The food, service, and atmosphere were all outstanding with a rating of 5 stars each.
The food was okay, but not outstanding. The service was pleasant and quick. Unfortunately, the beef pho lacked flavor and they didn't have their own chili sauce, which I usually enjoy.
