I received excellent service despite the challenging weather and driving conditions. The people who enjoyed the pizza and salads were very satisfied. I've ordered pizza from this location before and have always been pleased with it. They also offer delicious chocolate chip cookies. After I posted my review, I came across some others that criticized the pizza and service, but I don't agree with them. Before the pandemic, I often bought pizzas from here and never experienced the rudeness that some reviewers described. Maybe I've just been fortunate not to order during their busiest times or encountered those "rude" staff members.
I went to this restaurant tompick up my order that I place 35 minutes before I arrived to be greeter with a VERY RUDE worker, a heavyset dark skinned lady with dreadlocks with a attitude, telling me my pizzas were not readya and I better wait another 20 minutes before my 3 pizzas were done. As I was sitting and waiting on my pizzas I witnessed a roach run across the sideboard of the counter which I quickly didn't pay for my piazzas and left and went to another CLEAN establishment.

Pizza was not ready after 45 minutes and nobody bothered to tell me it was made incorrectly and was having to be fixed until my second time asking how much longer until it would be ready. Not a single apology was given. This location has definitely lost my business and I'll be looking for a new go-to pizza place in the area.
This location is CLOSED, so don’t be misled by Google. They’re rarely open during the day, and even when they are, they can't get a basic pepperoni pizza right. Instead, you'll end up with cheese on dough that’s not cooked properly. I'm really disappointed with this place; I'd give it zero stars if I could.
I ordered online for pickup on June 12th at 8:30 and didn’t receive any utensils. When I went back inside to ask for one, I was informed there was a $4 charge. It’s hard to understand how you can charge me $4 for a fork after I just spent $20 on food.
