No matter how many times I try, my pizza at Vocelli Pizza never turns out the way I order it. It’s especially frustrating since it’s not cheap—spending $20 on a pizza means I expect it to be made exactly right. I noticed someone else mentioned their pizza arrived without sauce, and unfortunately, I’ve had the same problem multiple times. It almost always happens when a guy named Jay is working. He consistently gets my order wrong, forcing me to call and complain. I hope the other staff take notice because it seems like messing up pizzas is a regular issue with him. Just a warning for anyone thinking about dining here.
I placed an online order at 6:10 PM and received a confirmation that it would be delivered by 7:08 PM. However, when I called at 7:38 PM, I was told there had been a mix-up and my order hadn't been prepared. They offered to make a new pizza, but after waiting another hour and a half, it didn’t seem worth it. There are clearly some problems that need fixing, and I wouldn’t rely on their text message updates.
This restaurant has undergone a management change, and it's made a noticeable difference in the quality! The dough has a much improved texture and is cooked to perfection. The customer service is outstanding as well. Although delivery can be a bit slower since they use doorstep delivery, it’s great that it’s still available. The only improvement I would suggest is to add artichokes to the menu.

I have ordered here several times and tonight was the first bad experience but man was it bad. My Buffalo chicken pizza had nothing but stale cheese and cold chicken. No Buffalo and no sauce. Then my order of ?in house? chocolate chip cookies wasn?t even a cookie OR chocolate chip. It was some pumpkin spice cake thing. I?m extremely disappointed and this will be my last time ordering here.
The new plant-based sausage crumbles are incredibly delicious! I really hope they stay on the menu! I would also like to give special recognition to Tom, who made my experience with both my walk-in and take-out orders so enjoyable. He was bright and friendly, clearly prioritizing customer satisfaction. Keep up the great work!
Vocelli Pizza is one of the top pizza spots in the area. Being from New York, I have high expectations for pizza, and Vocelli Pizza’s menu truly meets those hometown standards. The staff is fantastic as well!
This is one of the best pizza spots around. I'm from NYC and this is as close as I'm going to get to tasting my hometown slice. The staff is also incredible.

So there was a small problem, but the Lord who held the fort immediately corrected and offered a free 2 liters. No biggie, love her buffalo wings.
They delivered the wrong pizza, but they quickly corrected it and sent the right order. The red pizza is fantastic!
