Volcano's Mexican Food

I used to enjoy the owners’ excellent cooking when they just owned a taco truck, and were located at the Goldsby gas station during the day. They did so well that they opened a restaurant in Norman and you will not be disappointed. The food is affordable, excellent, and the service is quick.Now I will dare say that they serve the best birria tacos in Oklahoma! If you have to try one meal, try their “quesabirria” meal. Incredible!

I'm really torn on this review. The service was fine. Order at the counter and it's quickly delivered to your table. You have to get your own salsa. The booths are all really worn and taped together. The food is actually pretty darn good. Tamales are excellent. Biggest down side? Flies! Lots and lots of flies

Hands down the best Mexican food in norman and the surrounding area!!!! And the best Birria I have ever had anywhere. Don't waste your time anywhere else AND they are so well priced!!!!!

Amazing food!! Oh my gosh…want to try everything on the menu now! Helpful answering questions and very prompt service. Friendly staff as well!!
