We were told we were going to go to a restaurant that was children-friendly. The reason for such statement is that they have games and books to keep them entertained, however when it comes to the reality of children then everything changes and friendliness for...children fades away. After dinner and unexpectedly our year vomited on himself, on my husband and on the floor. I went to the bar and I only had the time to say “My son has vomited” the bartender with a face of disgust replied “can you clean it up? I do not want to clean thaaaaat (disgusted tone here) up”. I stumbled upon this place while travelling through the Black Forest with my brother and his young family. We were actually aiming for a pub further down the road but it started to rain so we ducked in here to grab a beer while the...clouds passed over. When we saw the menu we decided to be spontaneous and just get dinner, especially considering we had a young child with us. The restaurant looks great, built out of an old ceramics factory. Very pleasant staff welcomed us and tolerated our poor German. Beer outstanding and broad menu. Food was served quickly and was tasty. Great ambience. Really happy we found this out of the way jewel.
