I visited the Vorstadt Cafe on a sunday for breakfast .At the end I am surprised how such person who apparantly does not belong to any professional human contact were right in the focus area. After a long waiting time I ordered the veggie breakfast (€14.90 ) and a cappucino. The cappucino came right after.I understand they were busy, but the breakfast arrived a good long time later,maybe almost half an hour .Bread,another 5 minutes after I reminded twice.Not a great deal for a sunday but my coffee was inbetween cold , if I'd enjoy the breakfast it matters a lot of course. Situated near the university you'll find a really nice crowd made up of mostly students, travellers and families. The breakfast itself is just as great as the service. Lots of variety to choose from. Of course they also have vegetarian options. They are really nice with kids and make you feel like regulars in no time. Plenty of parking spaces around near the academy of arts. Looking forward to return many, many times ;-)
Went here solo when on a business trip. Nice little outdoor area where you can enjoy sitting in the open. Service was quick and efficient and staff were helpful/friendly. Had an Asian chicken salad which had a bit too much fruit and the lettuce was pretty basic for eur13. Also had some of their desert which was pretty tasty. Would prob just go for the desert next time.
Went there for brunch, for which there was an extensive offer of breakfast choices. The food was top quality as it should be. Service was very friendly and quick but also allowed for customisation of our orders. We managed to get a table outside and enjoyed watching life in this lively neighbourhood. Overall I can only say our experience was Munich at its best!

friendly atmosphere and quick service (all though I was there when the place wasn't very busy). The food was tasty and nicely presented on the plate and the portion was big :) Good place to chill after school or grab a lunch with friends
We had a coffee here on Sunday late morning sitting on the many pavement tables that surround the cafe. We were perfectly happy with coffee and juice and it was pleasant to sit in the street on a sunny day.
This place is really nice, cool terrasse and the inside is Cosy. You can eat amazing brunch, we had the big America (16€) and a Thai salad (10€): very good portion, quite big, and excellent food!
Great breakfast meny. So many to choose between. This is as a breakfast that should/could take a long time, perfect for w/e's. A hip area close to serveral universities. Reservation recommended.

The cafe is on the corner of two main roads with seating outside. Depending on the time of day, chose your sunny spot. Quick service, a pleasant place to rest.
Excellent very friendly service, good food and all for a affordable price. Portion are of a good size and kids seem to be welcome...so are dogs.
