Zusätzlich gibt es jeden Tag ein Tagesgericht (zu finden auf Facebook oder Instagram) und gerade die Länderreisen jeden Freitag sind ein absolutes Highlight! Die Süßspeisen und der Kakao sind sehr lecker, auch die Snacks überzeugen. Die Salate sind groß und kreativ, von der Karte überzeugen vor allem das Kesespetzle und die Hatschi-Knödel. the operators are extremely nice and endeavored and open for suggestions etc. vrisssch offers gluten-free options and strives for allergen freedom. daily they post their daily menu on instagram and probably also on facebook. a highlight for me have been the brownies from herb filling, protein-rich gluten-free. you can also take everything with you taking care of plastic-free as sustainable packaging as possible
