Because of a good Facebook review, we went to the VSV-Büchig club restaurant. When you go to a club restaurant, you expect simple, rustic furniture, inexpensive food and drinks. Since we have never been there before, we cannot judge whether the innkeepers, who have been operating since October 10th, have renovated, but in any case the rooms are clean, bright and friendly. Chairs and tables look new and the chairs were very comfortable. There is also a bar where you can comfortably have a drink. The chicken tasted very good. The spaetzle and schnitzel were also very good. The sauces for the schnitzels are made in-house, as is the salad dressing. The restaurant is modern and clean. The staff is very friendly. Really the best restaurant in Büchig. We will be back.
