I got the chicken tikka, mixed appetizer and a lassi they were all very authentic and flavourful. I enjoyed my time there and had the pleasure of speaking with the owner who cooks the food himself and is originally from Nepal, as well as the lovely and knowledgable server. Great food, great atmosphere and excellent service. If you haven't tried this place out yet, you must go!
A good place to taste Indian cuisine. It locates in a busy locality of Kamloop. The taste of Indian foods varies due to the difference between states. The butter chicken of Delhi is not like the butter chicken of Calcutta. The taste of Vyajan is authentic to its slight east Indian origin. Two demerits the washrooms are small and furnishing is not good. The staff is friendly.
Really disappointed with the meal ordered through door bag. Makhani Dal was tasteless. The Veg pakoras were burned to a cripple. Veg samosa was big and crunchy but again, no spice flavor. I love Indian food and this was an expensive indulgence. Many leftovers went in the garbage.
The food here is amazing, I've tried many of the curries and they were all delicious! The staff was also very friendly and provides great service. I would highly recommend this place. Book a table now
The vyanjan fine Indian restaurant is the one of delicious and typical Indian food naan kulcha Checken BBQ tandoori in a greatest spice every body need to test that chef special .
