I had a frustrating experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I ordered delivery through their app, but my order never showed up. When I called the restaurant, the employee told me there was nothing she could do since she only prepares the food, which felt incredibly unhelpful. She suggested that I pick up the order myself, but I was unable to leave work at the time. The staff seemed rude and unmotivated, and I definitely won’t be returning. They also instructed me to reach out via email, but unsurprisingly, I never received a response.
I came to Waba Grill and ordered 3 bowls for my family. The rice was sticky and the chicken was chewing. No taste. The portions oh my love were so shameful. Rice shredded with small bang up. Presentation of shells that do not appeal at all. Put everything in the garbage. Spoke to Mgr Matt said that this is how they should look small now. What a way to lose good long customers. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. The only downside was that the bathrooms were closed. Other than that, we had a great time dining there. My wife was thrilled with the tasty dishes, and the dumplings were fantastic. The soup was absolutely incredible, and our two chicken bowls with rice were just perfect.
I've had my order messed up three times at this restaurant. Aaron, the manager, was very apologetic and ensured that my order was corrected. Luis, another manager, also assisted in fixing the issue. Both were excellent in managing the situation. Despite their efforts, I'm unsure if I'll come back to this restaurant.

The staff at this restaurant are both friendly and efficient; I received my food promptly despite the busy atmosphere. The tattooed server was especially nice, and the ambiance was fantastic. I will definitely be coming back to Waba Grill.
I absolutely adore the sweet chili sauce at this restaurant, especially when it’s paired with the shrimp! It’s incredibly delicious, full of flavor, and offers great value. Additionally, it’s a healthier choice as well.
This was my first time there, gave a try to one of the magnificent sweet chicken bowls and it was really good.Definitely will come back as many times as I possibly can to try everything on the menu.Kuddos WaBa Grill!

It's a decent place. When I visited on Thursday night, October 13, 2022, the rice in my salmon and chicken bowl was quite undercooked.
The food is delicious and healthy. The restaurant is always very clean, and the staff is friendly.
