How are the reviews for this place so low? I came in on a Friday afternoon and was assisted by Sydney. She is one of the best customer service people I have ever met in the fast food industry. She greets everyone with a smile and is very warm and welcoming. I made an error on my order (completely my fault) and only caught it after I had already paid. I went back to get it corrected and Sydney was super sweet about it. Then as I sat there waiting for my order I watched as Sydney interacted with other customers. She remained consistently kind and friendly to everyone she interacted with. The food is typical Waba quality so nothing crazy to add here. It was good and I didn't have to cook dinner...
I went in for a quick bite after a long walk around DB. DELANEY, a very sweet cook, has a way with a chicken bowl. So ono! So moist! Didn't need sauce smothered on the chicken. Just a tad on the rice. Honestly, one of the best mini chicken bowls, my go-to, from this Waba Grill! I like it plain. Just chicken and rice with sauce on the side!
5 stars solely for the customer service I received from the sweet young lady at the counter today. I didn't ask her name but she definitely was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. You don't usually get that kind of service at quick-service food places these days. Job well done!

This is the best WaBa ever. I even drive farther to come here for the quality. I come every Friday after work and I'm greeted by the best two ladies working the front. They are the best workers ever. Customer service is always amazing. They're seriously the best
The food at this location is hit and miss. Some days the food is great. Other days not so good. Like today, the white meat chicken was way over cooked, hard and dry. So was the steak. On other days just as it should be.
The food is quite good, but it is on the pricey side. Although I think the prices are a bit steep, I managed to snag a decent deal through Uber Eats.
I received my food quickly, the staff was excellent, and the dishes were spot on! As for parking, there's plenty of space available.

The portions are way too small for the price. Just a small amount of rice and a little bit of meat—almost like kid's portions.
Ok food but pictures don't compare to actual food. Somewhat disappointing about that. Parking was rough at lunch time.
