I can 't say anything about the ambiance because I ordered. The food arrived on time, which was positive. The fries (homemade) were like rubber... the chili cheeseburger was so inedible... the meat of the actual burger had a strange aftertaste, almost like game... and it was still pink inside, very mushy. I was so hungry and thought, Oh, come on, hunger will drive it in ... but even that didn 't work. The burger ended up in the trash, it was so disgusting. The pasta dishes are delicious there, but I 'll never order burgers and fries there again.
Unfortunately, the fries tasted like sausage and were very moist. The Joopie sauce tasted like mustard. A disappointment, unfortunately.
