Went into this Wafflehouse on Sunday, Sat there for over 20 minutes got totally ignored by the whole staff. The place was not busy at all. The staff seems to be preoccupied with slicing 1 lemon and talking amongst themselves than any customers. Someone else came in noticed us trying to get a staff member to come our table. They asked how long it was to be to get waited on, they were told we don't know. There was 2 staff people standing there doing nothing at all. Only one customer there eating.. what a joke this lazy staff is. This posting will be seen on many other sites for many to see. On a Sunday morning right before noon at this place. The workers were so unorganized. Two couples waited for tables before us. The first pair went out after a server had bruised them to sit at a table before it was cleared out. When they came out, she said she saw you for everyone. The second couple left a few minutes after sitting. We sat at the table as soon as the male server cleaned it. 15 minutes passed without anyone being able to pick up our order. Wouldn't be back to this place. There is another WH a few miles on the road with better service.
I have 2 orders eggs Speck Hasch brew and cookies cost 24.00 they calculated me 2.00 for Togo fee. I asked for a box to go and they wouldn't give me one I offered to pay, they still?t. For 24 and 2.00, they should allow me to get a box. I won't be back to this place.
Was a last minute stop before hitting the highway when none would pick what to eat. Building was clean and looked like a newer facility. The younger waitress was polite and helpful. My kids liked the lady who seemed to run things loudly calling out orders.
