When it comes to the food, I would give it a 3 out of 5. Although the dishes were decent, they didn’t particularly impress me. However, I do recommend trying the Hashbrowns and the Texas Patty Melt with Hashbrowns if you decide to go.
On the bright side, the service was outstanding and deserves a 5 out of 5. The staff was attentive and friendly, which definitely enhanced my dining experience.
On the downside, the atmosphere did not live up to my expectations, earning only a 2 out of 5. The ambiance felt somewhat lacking and could use some improvements to become more inviting.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced at a Waffle House. I've been in town for a week and have eaten here three times, and each time the service has been terrible. During my last visit, I had to sit at a dirty table, my drink arrived only after my food, and I noticed that others who sat down after me received their meals first. If I find myself working in this area again, I won’t be coming back. The servers are very inattentive and seem to lack concern for their customers. I do not recommend this Waffle House at all.
On a Sunday night in the heart of summer, the restaurant was bustling with activity, with around 10 to 15 staff members attending to a few tables. The food arrived promptly and met my expectations. The server even inquired if I wanted a fresh waffle just in case the first one was overcooked. I can imagine that on busier nights, service might slow down, but overall, I had a satisfying meal for just $10, which included a pecan waffle, toast, grits, eggs, ham, and orange juice. I left feeling quite pleased.
From the moment I entered, I stood in line while the woman behind the counter took everyone’s order but intentionally skipped over me. I'm not sure if she mistook me for someone else, but as it was my first time in this restaurant and this town, I felt very out of place. The negative energy from the employees was palpable, and I experienced what I perceived as racism from several of them. Unfortunately, this is not a place I would want to visit again.

The service was incredibly quick, thanks to the cook! The cashier was also very friendly. Honestly, it would be a mistake to let that cook go—though I don't know her name, she was wearing rubber boots and had short hair, and she really knew what she was doing! The food was satisfactory, but we didn't receive our entire order. We had to wait quite a while for the waitress to come by so we could inform her about the missing items. The place could also benefit from a thorough cleaning.
Absolutely appalling. The floors were filthy, and there were old food and drink remnants stacked on every table from the moment we arrived until we left. It was terrible! I would not recommend this place at all.
