It was awful. The waitress did not even acknowledge that we needed our drinks. The hashbrowns were cold. It wasn't even that busy! This is the second time we have been to the same waffle house and it was the same.....
Manager was very nice, food was ok but our waitress was not. Never checked on us never did refills, the manager did tho. People don't want to work and that makes the good ones work harder.
The dining experience was okay, but the chef seemed to struggle under pressure. Unfortunately, my steak and hashbrown bowl were burned.
