Excellent place. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. Lynda lets us come and meet classmates, any time. I've always had breakfast and it is perfect! You get to sit and drink coffee and visit with friends and folks from Grapevine. Love it
Great place for breakfast or lunch. Staff is friendly and checks in at just the right time. Food is priced well and the waffles are legendary!
These waffles are light and fluffy and melt in your mouth! Great service by the wait staff. Fair pricing. And the bacon slices are huge!
