You might want to consider addressing the attitude and service of your staff. Regardless of personal circumstances, being rude to customers is unacceptable. It's no surprise that your reputation is suffering.

Don't bother putting up a sign for one of your menu items if you're not actually selling it. If I had known, I wouldn't have bothered coming in. As for your staff... she made an effort, but...
