Wafu Buffet - Table reservation

I had lunch this afternoon (02/13/2024) at the buffet, but I must say that I was disappointed. I expected better, especially after seeing the videos on social media. A little advice: don't ask for pancakes to take away. The staff will gladly prepare them, but when paying, someone unfriendly will tell you that you have to pay, even though this is not indicated anywhere. In addition, when paying, you will be charged €16.20 instead of the €15 advertised for lunch. I don't plan to go back, especially after being confronted with these situations which go against common sense. The entire buffet was leftovers, nothing was fresh, the waiters and waitresses were haughty and clearly didn't care what we could tell them, plus they vacuumed and mopped the buffet area. will or the dishes were not even covered I think that a hygiene check would be welcome in this restaurant and if we go to the restaurant to tell us that if it is cold there are microwaves as much as I eat at home, if I come to a restaurant it's not to eat leftovers from lunch or the day before.
