Date of dining 11.07.23 I’ve been here a couple of times and I have to admit I’m not a fan, I’ve always found the food to be tasteless. However I had an all4one voucher given to me by my employer, we chose to give wagamamas another try as it had been a couple of years since we’d visited in the past. The bill came to just a little over £50, again disappointed with the tasteless food but hey it was a free meal (or so we thought) so it didn’t bother us, it was just nice to get out. Waited to get sat down. Restaurant did not look at capacity, so confused as to why there was a queue outside. We were then sat somewhere where the sun was directly in our faces. We ordered our food, then asked to move because the sun was in our face. We were told we could, but because we'd ordered our food already, it might go to someone else who sat in our current seat. We decided to stay put. Our food arrived and not once did someone ask if the food was ok. The meal was not up to the usual standard and our ramen broth was watery compared to usual. As usual the food was fragrant and tasty and you can sit outside as a bonus with a beautiful view and the cherry on the cake was the service by our waiter Jax who couldn't have been more helpful and attentive
