We arrived in Hereford having booked a meal in a pub for my daughters 21st birthday. Our 18 year old did not have ID so where told we could only stay for an hour. What to do? We called into Wagamama and explained, that there where 9 of us, could they help?? They where so wonderful. We waited no more than 10 minutes, then sat and had lovely fresh food, lovely table server's, absolutely no rushing us out and ended up having an utterly wonderful evening. Thank you so much all the staff and managers who made it perfect.
Been twice. A Monday evening with astonishingly fast service and Monday lunch when it took longer to be attended. Lovely selection of dishes for most tastes and dietary needs and ingredients were fresh. Not much waiting time once order placed. They provide a nice (reusable) bowl to take home anything you don't eat so no having to choose between pigging or wastage if you order too much! Downside is the large echoey room which can make conversation a struggle.
I ordered the chill ramen steak dish at this restaurant. The ramen should have been served with a Miso sauce that has a distinct Umami flavor, not the sweet and sour sauce it actually came with. The sauce reminded me of a sweet and sour tomato style sauce, bright red in color, and had an oily texture. This dish was really disappointing and did not resemble authentic Japanese ramen at all. I don't even think there was any soy sauce in it!
I came here after checking all the vegetarian friendly places in Hereford and it seemed like it a gonna be best place to eat I had vegetarian ramen and sadly it’s the most flat and just nothing special ramen I ever had, very much flavorless. The beetroot juice was more like an apple juice, but oh well. The service tho was great lovely blond girl was serving me and at least she was the highlight!

Not enough staff in the kitchen had to wait over 1 hour to get any food. Every time I come to this franchise in Cannock it’s the same Birmingham, Solihull excellent service. Shame I have to travel there to go to Wagamama I was told if I had noodles it comes quicker but anything else takes a long time.
This restaurant is too expensive for the quality of food they are serving. The dish I ordered with chicken had very little meat, less than one ounce. Even my young grandson noticed the lack of chicken in the meal. I used to think this place was a good value in the past, but now I will be avoiding it.
My husband and I had a wonderful meal at this restaurant for his birthday. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Kirsty who went out of her way to return my lost gloves to our hotel. This kind of exceptional customer service deserves 5 stars. Thank you!
I have been to a few of this chain restaurant and this one is my least favourite. The restaurant was smaller than the others I have been to. Staff was ok but not sure why 4 waiters had to serve our order. Food wasent that great didn't really enjoy

I’ve been doing a kitchen renovation and currently no kitchen in place. Having takeaway almost every day and Wagamama is the first choice as healthy and tasty food. Been to the restaurant also multiple times. Staff are good and friendly.
