I am disappointed that my favorite dish, the Chicken Katsu Curry, is no longer satisfying. The dish used to be my go-to, but now the chicken portions have diminished significantly. Instead of the two large slices I used to enjoy, they now serve just a few small pieces. The quality has definitely declined and the meal looks nothing like what is pictured on the menu. Additionally, there is hardly anything underneath the rice. It is disheartening to see such a change in a dish I loved so much.
Me and my daughter visited this restaurant last night and I had the kare burosu which was sadly only one of the 2 vegan entrees they offered according to our waiter. I have to say this was probably one of the best vegan ramen bowls I ever had! As appetizers we ordered edamame and they veganized it for us and the fried veggies which both were absolutely delicious as well. My daughter had the other vegan dish called Hopefully the restaurant will offer more vegan options in the near future!
It is disheartening to witness a once great restaurant decline over time. As a loyal customer who used to enjoy their meals and service, I have noticed a decrease in portion sizes and quality. Additionally, the employees have become increasingly rude. Today, I was even kicked out of their empty outdoor seating area while picking up lunch. This experience has left me extremely disappointed.
This is located in a seeming odd place, near the UN--but is surprisingly spacious. This is chain restaurant located mostly in Europe, but has evidently opened some NYC branches. They have a separate vegan menu that is not skimpy by any means. The service is good, the food tastes good and seems fresh and healthy, and the place is bright and clean. Book a table now
The restaurant has a modern decor and a spacious, clean environment. However, the food quality is not up to par with the ambiance. It feels more like typical Asian food hall fare. I would not recommend this restaurant to those who are well-versed in Asian cuisine. Food rating: 3/5.
Food used to be better here. The waiter was so slow. We were seated in an area that was warmer even though there was another table available up front. Overall just not that great. Most likely will not be back.
The food was fresh and delicious and the service was very excellent. Our waiter allowed us to stay and enjoy our time with a relative we had not seen in a long time Would come back again and again!
