Waiting times are a bit long. Ramen is highly recommended, not only because you do not get the court otherwise in Bayreuth, but because it actually also impresses with quality. All comments about “best sushi in the surroundings” I can only explain that people otherwise only know All-youcan-Eat-Sushi. For good sushi, in Bayreuth there is only one contact point that should be known to anyone interested in it. Japanese did not work in the restaurant at the time of my visit.
We stayed at two with reservation on site. It was also necessary because the store was quite full. On the map there is something for everyone and the food has tasted very well. The waiting time was low and the service was accommodating. Price slightly higher.

For me the best sushi in the area. The other dishes are also very delicious, but we go almost exclusively for sushi. The selection is plentiful, the quality and service excellent.
