Waldecker Stuben - Table reservation

Each time we return to Korbach, we make the effort to visit the Waldecker Stuben. It is a firm favourite of ours.The food is a consistently high standard, nicely presented and represents good value for money. While I try to make the effort to sample different dishes from the menu, I have some clear favourites; for starters, the onion soup with lashings of melted cheese makes a lovely winter warmer and the smoked salmon wrapped around a hot crispy mini-rösti is delicious. On the main dishes, the Allgäuer Schnitzel always goes down well. While I try to make the effort to enjoy various dishes from the menu, I have some clear favorites; for beginners, the onion soup with syringes of molten cheese makes a beautiful winter warmer and the smoked salmon wrapped around a hot crispy mini-rosti is delicious.
