The external operation is completely overwhelmed. It just takes too long to get an operation. And that at average guest frequency. Whoever the waiting time is too long and then ordered in the restaurant is honed by the counter staff. For the beautiful location, the place can be nothing, the Christenberg as such was there first. The dishes served correspond to a satisfactory average.
Wir haben das Lokal am 20.6.24 um 15 Uhr besucht , wir waren 8 Personen und haben den Wirt nach einem freien Tisch gefragt, die Antwort vom Wirt war an unfreundlichkeit nicht zu ¼berbieten, wir haben das Lokal gleich wieder verlassen. Bei unseren Schweizer Gsten hat es einen sehr negativen Eindruck hinterlassen! Wir waren eine Gruppe im Alter von 70 bis 90 Jahren.
Super service located in the really nice restaurant on the mountain. Ideal for a nice hike with subsequent reward of a good meal with good value for money. I had a Schnitzel hunter type (approximately 15 euros) but also the lendches in pepper cream looked very appealing. The ambience is of course great, as you can enjoy a really great view in good visibility.
After a long hike and feeling exhausted, I had a Christenberg schnitzel and a veggie burger for my wife. FLAWLESS. A very attentive waiter rounded it off. A good restaurant. Food tastes good. The staff is great, very attentive and nice. The view from the winter garden is stunning. After a short hike, it's good that something like this exists. Dogs are also allowed and even welcome. There are even treats. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
