Although half board may sometimes have boring and mediocre connotations this is a different story in the Waldhaus a hotel with a rich history of famous actors, writers, artists who fled to relax in a hotel atmosphere mixed with charme outstanding service.
We, four, once again had a delightful time in this wonderful room and restaurant during our stay in the Engadin. The food, drink and service were, as usual, top class. We will always return.
We had half-board here and it was a great choice. The food is absolutely first class for quality, taste and presentation. It comes with a quaint, old-fashioned atmosphere of another era.
Lovely setting nice for a little romance, the food was excellent great salad bar and very yummy puddings, service was formal but not stuffy the staff were nice
