The customer service was excellent—very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, my experience with the food was quite the opposite. I ordered the Pastalaya, and it was the worst meal I've ever had. It's been a long time since I couldn't finish a dish; even in places where the food is subpar, I usually find it at least somewhat edible, but this was on an entirely different level. I'm not sure if it was just the Pastalaya I received, but it had an awful smell, almost as if the sausage was spoiled.
The food is great, no problem with dishes at all. Had a great time with friends. The only con I had in this place is, the waitress took a long time to acknowledge we needed refills. I was left waiting to get the waitress' attention for a while to get a refill. Make sure you let them know before your glass is empty.
Amazing Service! AJ was my bartender today and she was always checking up on me to make sure I was doing okay. I had the new summer sliders they were so good. She made me feel very welcomed, I definitely will be coming back to Walkons.
Sports bar atmosphere, tons of beer on tap, waitresses in cheerleader outfits and great food. I ordered the fish plate, with fries and hushpuppies. It was all really good. Definitely recommend.
