My family and I visited the NH 2021 Ice Path during our trip, and it was one of the places we wanted to try. I had their special coconut lime ice cream and it was delicious! The balance of lime and coconut flavors was perfect, allowing you to taste both. The texture of the ice cream was good, with the cone holding up well. I wish I had tried the pineapple flavor, which I imagine would have been a refreshing pina colada with a hint of lime. The staff was friendly and for me, homemade ice cream is the best way to enjoy it.

If they don't have the flavor you desire in a pint, they will hand-pack one for you right on the spot.
Sapped is hands down the best ice cream I have ever had! The maple syrup and homemade shortbread cookies just melt in your mouth...delicious! Knowing that the maple syrup comes from McGill's farm makes it even sweeter. I appreciate that they use locally sourced ingredients in their ice cream shop. It's so nice to support my community while enjoying their fantastic creations!
The restaurant has good parking and offers options for both indoor and outdoor seating. After my workout, I chose to get 2 scoops of ice cream - one Toasted Coconut and one Coconut with Lime. I also asked for a cherry on top to make my day perfect. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the combination of the Lime and Coconut flavors, but the Toasted Coconut was delicious.

Good premium ice cream (the stuff that your cardiologist would wince at), hot soups, pressed paninis, bottomless coffee, PAVED parking. Friendly staff were a treat to chat with. Perfect place for lunch on a cool Fall day!

Was happy for warmer weather and to try someplace new. The staff was friendly but the ice cream was a total let down. Very gritty texture and the flavor was less then to be desired.
