Walt's Roast Beef - Table reservation

This review is based on taste and quality. Went to Walt’s for the first time in maybe a decade. Still delicious like when I first had them 20 years ago, but man then prices tho… I paid like $14 for a meal I used to pay $7.50 on . Not their fault as everything generally in the world has gone up due to COVID. Didn’t expect the price hike to be that significant, otherwise I would be more frequently going there since back after 7+ years.

The best french fries in Rhode Island! They are not greasy or overly salty, just delicious. Today, I tried the Walt's King with lettuce, mayo, and sauce. It also came with tomatoes, which I am not a fan of, so I removed them. However, they looked like they would have been good if I liked tomatoes. I don't frequent Warwick often, but after my lunch today, I may be returning soon with Walt's as my destination!

Walt was not flirting with any of the waitresses. Unfortunately, my the restaurant forgot my mayo, lettuce, and onion on my sandwich. The sandwich was mediocre at best and the onion rings were not great. However, the fried pickles almost made up for it.

Before the pandemic the walt beef and onion rings were the best. The last time I ordered onion rings through the drive thru during the pandemic they were soggy. Disappointed but will try again. Hopefully it was a fluke.

I always enjoy a good roast beef sandwich. Fries and rings were fresh and hot.
