At the end of the day it is a surf club and cannot compete with rival restaurants BUT the view of the beach and ocean is lovely and very relaxing. It was busy which seems to indicate that the food is good but it was somewhat disappointing considering the price of meals - certainly not competitive and especially for families. Still, meal was acceptable, but it is a shame that most seafood meals are battered...... that can be a turn off at times. Not sure we would go there again as not good value for money at $146 for 3 adults and 2 children under 5......... Still try it for yourself as I could be too fussy . . . . . .

This was a favourite when it was Point cafe, but now under new management and what a disappointment. The brunch menu was uninspiring and over priced. One poached egg was hard, the other had raw whites. Sat for half an hour with dirty plates in front of us, despite the cafe only being half full. No offer of coffees after we'd finished our meals. You're paying for the view. The food and service was terrible.

Breakfast for two . We where unaware it under new management so where surprises to find a usually bubbly cafe empty . As always the view spectacular. The coffee was ok not the best but by far not the worst . Bacon and scrambled eggs similar . Nice breakfast , great company , great views . Good start to the day . Would I return , yes I would .

This cafe has recently changed hands and we visited for breakfast with a group of 5 people and a toddler. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food was really good - well presented, plenty of it and very tasty. I only wish this restaurant was open for dinner.
