Wanka, is the place to get together with family and friends to taste the good and healthy Peruvian sanguche meal. Tasty and juicy, I ordered with my husband the pollo abrasador sanguche, to die for. Happy to have found in Bogota, such a nice and cozy place in a beautiful neighbourhood as Usaquen, where the owner Carmen is just behind every detail to make your Peruvian sanguche experience unforgettable. I tried with my family the Cerdito sabroso (Juicy pork loin), with salsa criolla, a small onion salsa, which can be found with practically any meal in Peru. Absolutely fabulous! Loved and ordered twice. In any case, try a place.
I had bigger expectations with the Cerdito Sandwich, but it was OK, I was surprised by a big ceviche, really fresh and well prepared like Peru. The service is very good and has a good value
Terrible sandwiches. The pollen was cold shredded chicken (educated) and the asado was tasteless. Absolute joke. If you want a Peruvian sandwich, go somewhere else.
