We stopped in here to have some drinks and grab an ice cream with our daughter. It wasn't too busy (around 7pm) and there was live music playing. We easily found a table, and waited....and waited...and waited. I know the server saw us, as he...looked over, but clearly chatting to his co worker at the bar was more interesting! We were just about to get up and leave when one of them came over to us and took our order by which I mean he took my husband's and daughters, completely ignored me and walked off. We had to call him back to take mine! When the drinks and ice cream eventually arrived they weren't good. The drinks seemed to be watered down, and the ice cream was average. For what is was...
We stopped at the Wantilan Cafe for a cool down drink whilst walking around Argeles. We chose cokes for the children, a beer for my husband and a cocktail for me. The order was taken quickly by the staff and brought over just as quick....My cocktail was in a very large glass and tasted very much of juice rather than much else. My husband and children enjoyed their drinks. We felt the drinks were a little pricey esp the children's cokes. There was music playing and it was nice and relaxing. One of my sons needed the toilet and this wasn't very clean, having water all over the floor and there was no toilet paper. All on all it was nice to sit in the shade and have a drink so we would return.
from the beach, given the very high heat and very great thirst, we stopped there. So, okay, we only ordered humble water syrups. and not big cocktails with 10 bullets. But it deserved a little more than their contempt... no hello, no smile, 10 minutes waiting for a guy to come and ask us what we want. and 25 other minutes without seeing our glass coming. We left without eating. It's making fun of the world. If the location was not ideally located, this cabin would not last long.
trendy bar, small band of music that puts the mood at nightfall, nice and fast service and especially cocktails at the top. At least, we don't use a warm glass with a single half fondue ice cubes as in some bars of this famous pine alley. Try the new tapas corner that serves famous dishes and mojitos, I wasn't disappointed.

welcomes mediocre despite the pleasant setting. the staff is not available and the waiting time is too substantial. cocktails are pretty good even if the alcohol doses are to be reviewed. I don't recommend buying crêpe because it's too simple and easy for the price. Beers are good, though.
We usually go to the Wantilan for a pre-meal aperitif and it has never disappointed! A great selection of LARGE cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, as well as a nice selection of beers. Waiters are always friendly and a great location to sit, relax and watch...the world go by.
We have never had cocktails served to us before in glasses as large as they use at Wantilan café. Great choice of cocktails, both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Large outdoor seating but service can be a bit slow at times. Great for after dinner drinks...and ices.
Two nights for cocktails and music. The bands in both nights were great and they make a good mojito. In the heart of the market simply back from the seafront
