I went to this restaurant with my wife and daughter, who was home from college. It had just opened and we were eager to give it a try. The menu was impressive, offering a variety of options including raw fish sushi and cooked sushi for American tastes. There were also plenty of steak and chicken dishes to choose from. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was excellent and we enjoyed the new, attractive decor. We definitely plan on returning in the future.
We attempted to order tuna sashimi, but were informed that the sashimi was "chef's choice" and there would be an additional charge for tuna only. Given the already high prices, we decided not to pay extra for something that is usually included at other sushi restaurants. I settled for a tuna roll, but was disappointed to find that it came out slightly warm. Unfortunately, I experienced stomach troubles throughout the night as a result.
We choose to sit outside and were the only diners out there. It was very noisy from the traffic and service was very slow. They were out of both of the beers we ordered. We waited a long time for an appetizer and the server said it would not be on our bill, but it was. The sushi was good and we’ve eaten at another location and also found it good. The dining room looked nice and I’m sure would have been a better experience.
We made reservations very late on Valentine’s Day and got there early. We waited briefly at the bar but then hit a table right away. The staff was very attentive to everything and the sushi was so good. Nice menu broad enough to cover all tastes for sushi and well beyond. Beautiful interior also. Book a table now
The rolls were fresh and the server did a great job of bringing them out promptly. My only complaint is that some of the rolls had less raw fish than expected, making the Wasabi special look better in the photos compared to in person due to this issue.
We ate outdoors this time. Food is so good. My wife had a box dinner and I had yummy sushi roll. A little noisy out at the street but weather great. off our wine because it was wine Wednesday
Phenomenal food, however, the service was slow and very unprofessional. Ambiance was fine. We really enjoyed the live music. Overall, I’d visit again.
Our server was slow and it took so long to get the appetizer that once we did, we didn’t have time to eat it before our meal came. Book a table now
