"We were here Saturday 1pm. Good menu choices, tasty sushi. After the food was served we couldn't flag down any of the servers for 15 minutes ! to order more and refresh our tea. Finally walked up to the kitchen to ask for service. For this reason, wouldn't return."

AYCE-quality sushi at a price point commanded by some of my favourite high-quality sushi restaurants. I ordered a sushi tray and several of the rolls arrived in pieces; many others stuck to the board or each other and ripped when I tried to pick them up. The nagiri had massive pieces of fish which all tasted more-or-less the same. Warm, bland rice was a common theme. The tea cost a dollar but it came in a pot good for 2.5 cups. To add insult to injury my stomach didn't like the food at all either. On the positive side the decor was nice and service was quick and friendly. I think Wasabi can do a better job and shouldn't rest on its laurels. Just because it's a sushi spot in a smaller town do...

Came here at 7pm on a Saturday night, wasn't busy. Good service. Food was alright. Wasn't amazing. Wasn't ****. I tried their chirashi bowl. Wasn't blown away. The sashimi did not exactly taste as fresh as I would have expected it. The rice was bland. Good effort but wasn't executed well. We also had the awesome roll which was delicious though. Would come back and try other things on their menu.

Quick Lunch at the local Japanese restaurant. Is clean and service is friendly. The chopped scallop cone was a little on the lean side. Avocado roll and kappa roll is average and I had better tempura rolls elsewhere than here. I would suggest the katsu don was pretty good. Overall an average Japanese Restaurant. Good to grab a bite but nothing special out of the ordinary that I would come back

Miso soup is flavourful, good but not the best. Filling to rice ratio in hand roll is excellent, toro quality is good, and comes with green onion, lemon, on a bed of radish... very refreshing garnish. Ika could have been more fresh. Very solid for the the okanagan, excellent for Vernon. Atmosphere and presentation is excellent, if u care...
