Wasaddict - Table reservation

This little Japanese restaurant was right around the corner from the apartment that we rented in Cergy. It was a Sunday evening and we had not managed to get to a grocery store to buy food so decided to go out to eat. We had a small variety of sushi rolls and chicken yakisoba with veggies. The sushi was really good, but the sauce on the yakisoba was bland and the mixed veggies consisted of a modest amount of red/green/yellow peppers and I think it was a very few leaves of over-cooked spinach. This restaurant is just another one following the Japanese food trend currently taking place in France, and it is not doing it very well.

I ate here on a Saturday night. The food was very good, except for the plain rice. When it came time for dessert, the waitress told me the kitchen was closed. There were still two couples eating and no one had mentioned anything to me. It is common to allow patrons the chance to order prior to the kitchen closing. I was looking forward to the house specialty dessert. You only get one chance to make a first impression!

This was bang opposite Old english pub. looks small from outside and a vibrant pink interior attracts you. I am not a big fan of sushi so cant say whether authentic but had a good time in my only visit.

The pizza is great! I love the sweet tomato sauce. Great atmosphere in the restaurant with very pleasant staff who are always helpful.

A big fan of Japanese cuisine, I recommend it with my eyes closed. Exceptional food quality.
