I walked in and waited for 35 minutes without anyone checking on my partner and me, despite the fact that it was a Sunday night around 9:30 pm and there were hardly any customers. It seems they don’t care about their clientele at all; perhaps you have to be a regular to get any attention. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, especially not to the LGBTQIA+ community. The atmosphere was unfriendly and unprofessional, and I found it quite embarrassing. The behavior of both the owner and the staff reflects poorly on the establishment. We had an 8 PM reservation to see a friend perform with the band. When we arrived, the hostess asked us to wait at the bar. After she walked by us several times without addressing us, we finally approached her at 8:45 to inquire about our table. She bluntly informed us that we wouldn't be getting a table because people weren’t leaving. However, as we left to go to Mai Place for Chinese food, we noticed several open tables. This restaurant is absolutely ridiculous. I would never recommend it, and I will never return.
I had to go there after a burial and I thought the place was beautiful I love the windows the atmosphere was very nice I know something's about architecture and the way you are on the corner of that building you get the light that needs to be coming in and the in the perfect timing you have still the nature around you which kind of adds to your place on the outside and inside so and we had our own private room which is very nice and you had very good weight staff and the person who had planned that I commend them
I went there for dinner and the sign instructed us to seat ourselves. We waited for over twenty minutes, but no one approached us with menus or even acknowledged our presence. The atmosphere was quiet, with only a few people at the bar. Two bartenders were on duty, and although both noticed us, neither of them came over, even when they weren't busy making drinks. Took a day trip to Canton with the family to Treetop Adventures to start our End of Summer vacation activities. On the way home we wanted to stop someplace we hadn 't been to before, choosing Waterfall Bar and Grill for dinner. A couple orders of the Haddock sandwich, the Bourbon Steak Tips and Irish Nachos for an appetizer. All meals were delicious and the waitresses were very kind. Thank you! Service: Dine in
It was my first time visiting this restaurant. We began with appetizers and drinks. I tried the waterfall margarita, and I found it unpleasant. We also ordered the Parmesan chicken wings, which were overcooked and not enjoyable. Overall, I would rate the food as a 1, the service as a 4, and the atmosphere as a 3.
One of the worst place I have ever experienced. We order a salad and it took over an hour to get. We were very patient but we had to get the salad to go. My first visit will also be my last. I was disappointed to see that inebriated customers were still being served alcohol. It seems the owner prioritizes profits over public safety. The food was also mediocre at best.
