I had some doubts about the delivery service, particularly given our rural location, but I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went. The service was executed without a hitch, making it a reliable choice for any occasion, whether it's football season or not. Every part of my experience was enjoyable, and when I called to confirm my delivery, the customer service was outstanding. As for the food, it was a bit of a mixed experience. My first order, which included meat lovers, supreme, and pepperoni with extra cheese, lived up to my expectations and was quite decent. However, my second order with the same items fell short. I had a rather disappointing experience at the restaurant. The customer service was lacking, but I kept returning because I genuinely enjoyed their calzones. I would always request extra pepperoni and was willing to pay the additional $3 for it. However, I discovered that I was receiving only a large calzone when I had ordered an extra large. Each time I ordered with extra pepperoni, they didn't actually add it. When I inquired about it, they informed me that they don't make custom calzones, yet they continued to charge me for the extra pepperoni that was never added. Ultimately, I gave them a two-star review because the food was still pretty good.
I didn't think the food was too bad until I noticed a swarm of flies in the kitchen area. Just to give you some context, house flies are one of the most prevalent insects in the world. They thrive in unsanitary conditions, often found near garbage, waste, and spoiled food. Issues like poor sanitation, torn screens, and unsealed cracks in windows and doors can contribute to fly infestations. This place is clearly overrun with them! The management is unresponsive and disrespectful. I would rate this restaurant a zero!
Pizza and antipasto salad was great but the wings not so much. The wings were very small and overcooked. Orders are always ready quickly and everyone is friendly.
