I would rate this place a zero if I could. My last three experiences ordering from them have been a complete disaster, and the owner’s response to my complaints was, "What, do you expect us to be rocket scientists?" No, I don’t expect that, but I do expect you to fulfill my entire order. Tonight was the last straw. I went to pick up my four pizzas, paid for them, and then they told me they had forgotten one pizza and that I could wait ten minutes for it. I did, only to find out after waiting that they had forgotten another pizza as well, and then they had the nerve to give me attitude about it. This shouldn’t be happening. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to avoid the hassle.
I had a rather disappointing experience at the restaurant. The customer service was lacking, but I kept returning because I genuinely enjoyed their calzones. I would always request extra pepperoni and was willing to pay the additional $3 for it. However, I discovered that I was receiving only a large calzone when I had ordered an extra large. Each time I ordered with extra pepperoni, they didn't actually add it. When I inquired about it, they informed me that they don't make custom calzones, yet they continued to charge me for the extra pepperoni that was never added. Ultimately, I gave them a two-star review because the food was still pretty good.
We have been ordering for the last two years. Up until about 6 months ago everything was great, food was great no problems. Now your lucky if it arrives hot and they have everything for your order. They usually forget your sauces/salads/sandwhiches now and the food has gone down in quality. I am not sure if they have switched to a new owner or what but this is not the place it used to be. Sadly we will no longer be going to waterford pizza due to the declining quality and the fact that there is usually at least 1 thing wrong with the order every time we order.
Placed an order tonight at 6:40 pm. Was told that it would be a 30 to 40 minute wait for some subs. It is now 8:30 pm. The buisness now says its closed for the night. Can't even call us to tell us you won't be delivering the dinner we asked for and you agreed to make? Guess we're going elsewhere from now on. Buyer beware if you have a hungry family and expect food to show up. Pick up your food or take a pass and head over to sugar and spice for some good food. You can thank me later. Book a table now
In my last five orders, I have consistently received missing items — at least 30% of each order is incomplete, and often it's as high as 50%, especially since I only order two items. I've even taken the time to call and politely request that the missing items be included, but it seems to be a futile effort. I really wanted to support this local small business instead of a chain, but I would actually recommend heading to Little Caesars down the road instead.
Was told it would be 45 minutes and 1 and 1/2 hours later had to call to see if they got lost. When they finally got here the pizza was cold, honestly I wasn't even hungry anymore because I was so mad. My husband gave me his crust and it tasted likecardboard ..never again.
I decided to grab a Philly calzone on my way to the fair last night, and I was pleasantly surprised. It was one of the best calzones I've ever had, served by a team of three well-groomed and smart young ladies. I hope you all continue to deliver such great food!
