I take time to leave reviews if the experience is either very good or very bad. The atmosphere is definitely dive, even outdoors the waves of cigarette smoke are unavoidable, and don't plan on any craft cocktails. Oysters were fresh, but first time I've had them served without already being detached from the muscle. Would visit again, but those things stood out.Why 5 stars? I'm a foodie and spent the past 11 years restaurant hopping in Tampa's hot spots. That being said, Stephen provided better service than most high-end restaurants I've dined at. Fresh fish and shrimp right from the docks! Every time I go it is awesome. The view is great too.
