Booked Water's Edge on a recommendation for my parents 60th Anniversary and was so disappointed! There were 15 of us and we had the private room which was nice for privacy. We had one waitress and she could of used some help I think. We had our appetizers which were good, mussels, chowder, shrimp, salad. That was the only good part of our meal. Our entrees were less than desirable. We fish and chips which the fish was overlooked, had the ribs and pork shoulder, again, over cooked and dry, chicken supreme, let's just say if you are hungry don't order this, it was like 5 bites and you were done...salmon, pretty good but the stuff that came with it looked like mush, very unappealing...steak not...

We had dinner two nights in a row at this restaurant while staying at the hotel. We enjoyed the good quality food and would recommend this restaurant. The first meal, we had wonton shrimp, tuna taki, grilled caesar salad, vegetarian ravioli and the beef tenderloin. I would recommend every dish.Notably for vegetarians or pasta and vegetable lovers - the open vegetarian ravioli is excellent in flavor and well presented. My husband is lactose intolerance and told the server, and within 5 minutes the chef came out to understand his intolerance and confirm how he'd prepare his meal. The second night we had starter salads, lobster pasta and my husband had the tenderloin again. All food was excellent....

We stayed at the delta Charlottetown and received 2 breakfast vouchers daily for Water's Edge. My husband and son took advantage of the breakfast buffet and enjoyed the waffles, omelettes and meats. I ordered off the menu and enjoyed gf toast, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit cup without melon as I requested, and granola with soy milk vs yogurt. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Tea and coffee were always brought in separate pots for all of us and we were able to take some in a takeout cup when we left. The happily filled our reusable water bottles with ice water each morning as well.We had drinks in the bar lounge one evening and it was cozy and quiet. We were able to enjoy a conversat...

Arrived on a late flight and hadn't eaten since breakfast, but pleasantly surprised to find that this restaurant served food until 11 pm. The waiter was friendly and accommodating, and sensitive to my gluten-free needs. There were many GF options on the menu. After ordering, the chef actually came out to discuss the meal and to reassure me that it would be gluten-free. I ordered chowder (it was absolutely amazing!) and a steak. Food presentation is first-class, and portion sizes were perfect. Such a nice introduction to a foody city! Book a table now

We stayed at the Delta Prince Edward for a convention and ate here twice. Once for breakfast, where all four of us ordered the most amazing lobster benedict - it was unique in that it was on a nest of shredded potatoes, rather than an english muffin and the hollandaise had a bit of a citrus taste. We went back again the next day, just missing the breakfast time-line however they graciously allowed me to order this again! Happy dance! My husband had fish and chips and enjoyed it - batter was good

Dined at Water's Edge while staying at the Delta Hotel as part of a conference. During our stay, we chose to eat at Water's Edge on a couple of occasions and each visit was fantastic. My partner has some dietary restrictions and we were thrilled to see the chef come out to speak with us personally. Our dinner service was professional yet friendly, and the food was outstanding. Loved the local beers and the Friday night atmosphere, we can't wait to come back later this summer!

A lovely breakfast buffet with a superb made-to-order egg station awaits you - and the very BEST CROISSANTS anywhere. I took a bunch and ate them in my room as a lunch treat. And janet was so helpful with hot coffee and hot tips on where to go to see the sights. Thanks, sweetie.

Stopped in for a desert and a drink. This place did not disappoint! The cheesecakes were divine! I had the blueberry draft and my friend had a sangria. Both were awesome. Staff were super friendly and it has a great atmosphere. Highly recommend this place! Book a table now

We enjoyued a very fine dinner at the Water's Edge restaurant in the hotel. The chowder was the best ever. The deserts were huge.
