Waterstone Pizza is at a great location right on Jefferson Street in renovated downtown Lynchburg. Loads of parking available within walking distance and also a convenient location to many other amazing places. The food was amazing. The pizza is extremely thin so be prepared. I, personally, very much enjoyed the thin crust as I am a fan. Both the pizzas I ordered came well cooked and were not overly greasy. The pizzas are a perfect size for your average patron. I, of course, like to eat a bit more so I ate most of the second pizza as well. Alcohol is not too badly priced, considering this is a restaurant, and had a pretty large selection. Apps, food, and desserts are excellent! Perfectly cooked and seasoned filet mignon with cracked pepper cream sauce with grilled asparagus and smashed potatoes. Dessert was creme brulee with a light essence of orange. Do not park in the adjacent hotel parking lot, you will be towed. Use the street parking. All tables are in separate rooms with a max of 3 tables per room. Excellent for fine dining with conversation.
