Second time trying it since the owners changed, and the first time I went the bagels were too hard. The second time I went the chicken was too dry and the French fries were undercooked. I really tried to like this place but the bagel place near this called Hot Bagels is a lot better in terms of ownership and quality of food. Ever since Bagel Express changed owners, they have been nothing but rude and they do not keep the food fresh. I will not be going back here and would rather go to Hot Bagels up the street.
This establishment has been completely revamped under it's new ownership. Inviting atmosphere, peaceful ambiance, and most importantly delectable cuisine. I Will buy my breakfast here exclusively for the foreseeable future. Tell your friends, family, and neighbors to get on down to the NEW bagel express!
Just went in today for the first time in a while and the new owners and the new staff are such pleasant people. The place is so clean and bright. The bagels were great the service was fast and my food was served with smiles and happiness. I will definitelybe coming back. Found my new bagel store!

I just moved to Sayville from Nassau county, I was craving a bagel one morning and this place did NOT disappoint. Hands down the best bagels I’ve ever had. They will be seeing me quite often from now on! Their bagels are even better than my favorite bagel place from my home town

Super fast and convenient, lots of options for bagels/sandwiches and drinks, the staff is extremely friendly as well. Great deli
I go here 3-5 times a week before work, always gets my order right and the quality is always great.
